My wife and I have hired J.M. Burke Building for multiple projects on our 110-year-old home over the last several years, from repairing porches and outside stairs to compete kitchen and bath gut renovations. We requested bids from multiple contractors for all the larger jobs and Joe has always come in at a fair price. We really appreciate the way Joe returns calls and emails promptly, answers questions directly and honestly, stays on top of the job to make sure it keeps moving, and doesn’t make promises he can’t keep.
